    		SIDBI Seed Fund Programme at CDIIC
    Dear Startups, Warm greetings from CDIIC! We at CDIIC are delighted to share that we have signed an MoU with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) with a view to support the growth of the start-up eco system. CDIIC is collaborating with SIDBI for the successful execution of the SIDBI Seed Fund Programme at CDIIC and has issued a quantum of seed fund for assisting the startups to scale up their business activities. We are inviting applications from startups to avail this seed fund support. Interested startups are welcome to apply. Each selected startup will receive seed money ranging from 10 lakhs to 50 lakhs depending upon the ask. Selection process: 1. The applied startup will go through a financial and legal due diligence process. 2. After which, the shortlisted startups would be invited to a pitching session in the presence of an Investment Committee (IC). 3. The Investment Committee will review the startups and recommend the eligible ones to SIDBI with an endorsement of the quantum of fund to be awarded to each selected startup. 4. The awarded startups are required to submit their progress reports, audited accounts, etc. periodically for smooth functioning of the Programme. The selected startups will receive mentoring and handholding support as well as technical support and other need based support from the subject matter experts at CDIIC.
